Ear, Nose & Throat Cancer

Cancers of the ear are uncommon and most develop in the skin of the outer ear. Cancers can develop in the structures inside the ear but these cancers are very rare. Most ear cancers are know as squamous cell carcinoma. Basal cell carcinoma and malignant melanoma are mainly skin cancers that can also arise in the ear.
